PRODUCTION OPERATORS / PROCESS WORKERS

Programmed are currently seeking reliable, motivated and safety-focused Production Operators / Process Workers to join our valued client's manufacturing team in Somersby, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long term career in manufacturing, with ongoing full time hours, structured training, and opportunities to secure permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Perform process work and general labouring duties
• Complete manual handling and repetitive production tasks
• Conduct routine quality inspections and checks
• Identify and report equipment faults and safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets

About You

• To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters
• A current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)

Roster

• Rotating Day Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm) / Afternoon Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm) roster OR
• Night Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am) roster

• Pass drug and alcohol screening
• Provide contactable work referees
