PRODUCTION OPERATORS / PROCESS WORKERS
Programmed are currently seeking reliable, motivated and safety-focused Production Operators / Process Workers to join our valued client's manufacturing team in Somersby, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long term career in manufacturing, with ongoing full time hours, structured training, and opportunities to secure permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Perform process work and general labouring duties
- Complete manual handling and repetitive production tasks
- Conduct routine quality inspections and checks
- Identify and report equipment faults and safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- The ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters
- A current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)

Roster
- Rotating Day Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm) / Afternoon Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm) roster OR
- Night Shift (10:00pm – 6:00am) roster

- Pass drug and alcohol screening
